Like all great cooks, Marianne Wilson began her culinary journey at home. A nurse at the time, she took up cooking as a way to ensure that her 5 children would grow up “with the smell of bread baking.” As Marianne realized how much she loved to experiment with ingredients and recipes, cooking grew into a full-fledged hobby and then into the business known as Marianne Wilson’s Complete Catering. Since then, Marianne’s cooking experiences have provided her with a vast knowledge of all things culinary. She has appeared on television, speaking in the PBS documentary “Breads of the World” and preparing dishes on Connecticut’s Good Morning America. She has also taught courses in cooking, catering, and the history of food. |
